Hi, I’m Scott Castleman, proud owner of Caring Transitions of West Fairfax & South Herndon. I’ve been a Fairfax County resident since 2008, bringing over two decades of experience in client services, business management, and enterprise software—including leadership roles at Cvent.

My journey to Caring Transitions was deeply personal. When my family and I navigated the challenges of helping both sets of parents downsize and relocate, I saw firsthand how overwhelming the process can be—both emotionally and logistically. I realized how invaluable professional support could have been during that time, and that experience ultimately inspired me to start this business.

At Caring Transitions of West Fairfax & South Herndon, we provide full-service solutions for senior relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and online auctions. But beyond handling the logistics, we focus on easing the emotional burden for families, ensuring each transition is as stress-free as possible.
